The Galley

A lot of good cooking comes from the galley of a tugboat. Since the cooks are disappearing, it's up to the crew to fend for themselves and the result has been the introduction of a wide variety of cuisines. Have you got a good recipe for use in a small galley? Send it here for the rest of us to try.  If you have any information or would like to write an article that may help the rest of us "chefs", feel free to send it in.
